Here is the latest 4-wheel machine to join the CMC catalogue: U12.
Versatile 4-wheel machine, configurable with different marking systems: ailress, airpsray or for cold plastic agglomerate and profile line. Equipped with :
– powerful 50 hp Kubota turbo diesel engine that complies with the latest and stringent EPA/CARB Tier4 + EU Stage V emission standards.
– piston air compressor up to 1390 L/min
– A hydraulic system that allows the machine to overcome slopes of up to 30% and powers an ultra-high performance airless pump that can deliver up to 33 l/min of paint at 200 bar pressure.
The negative hydraulic brakes have been upgraded and integrated with an additional drum brake system, ensuring that operator safety is always a priority.
The entire operator platform, seat, steering wheel and controls, can be shifted to the right or left of the machine for side line marking operations. In this way the operator is positioned exactly on the line marking.
As a distinctive feature of the CMC line marking machines with operator on board, the central marking is maintained between the front wheels to mark the centre line, with limited obstruction on the road.
Front visibility has been increased by removing any obstruction between the road and the operator.
The dashboards have been improved to make the operator’s daily use more intuitive and quicker: a colour display allows minute-by-minute monitoring of engine status, temperatures, pressures, working hours and maintenance requirements. The engine speed accelerator is electronic and allows control of the power output with a simple touch.
The new electronic device C9000 allows to control the marking system, up to three independent paint guns with their electronically delayed beads dispenser by entering the gap in centimetres. It stores up to 10 programs that can be quickly recalled during the marking process by means of quick selectors, without having to stop the machine.
A series of sensors monitors: the amount of paint dispensed by the pump, the average thickness of the line applied every 250 m. The total number of metres applied is broken down for each gun. Everything is stored in the C9000 archive and with a USB stick you can download the data and report it in Excel format on your PC.
